We had a wonderful experience during our New Year stay at this spa resort. the onsen choices were endless, and we particularly enjoyed the steam room and the icy cold bath. the spa facilities were well-maintained and relaxing. Another advantage was the location; we were close to shops and restaurants, which was a plus. the hotel was not too far from where we wanted to explore.
Despite the great amenities and location, the room we stayed in was not up to our expectations. the decor was quite dated and we found the bed very uncomfortable.

Coming to this hotel was definitely worth the effort. The onsen choices were great, and I enjoyed trying out the different rooms and baths available. I also appreciated the barber shop on location - the hair-cut was good, and the barber was really nice and understanding. The hotel's location near good restaurants made it easy to explore the Kawabata Restaurant and Bar District, which was within walking distance. this hotel had a lot of great facilities and the staff were very accommodating.
It was all superb.

We had a comfortable stay near many great restaurants and shops. the hotel's proximity to the airport shuttle made it easy for our larger group of friends to get to the hotel. the spacious twin rooms were well-equipped and the breakfast buffet had a nice variety of options. the onsen area was a highlight, with a large and relaxing hinoki bath.

The hotel amenities were satisfactory, with a decent-sized room and an onsen area that offered plenty of relaxation. The location close to the restaurant and bar district was convenient for grabbing a bite or drink after work. The staff was friendly and helpful in providing directions.
The hotel felt quite dated and could use some renovations. The bathroom was small and cramped, even by Japanese standards.
